Referral rewards from the purchase by an investor of a subscription or new deposits in the direction of Liquidity Mining SWP are accrued only to those higher partners who already have an active subscription and according to their career level.
It is also important to remember that each subscription has a monthly limit for receiving referral rewards and when it is reached, referral rewards are NOT credited to the balance.

For example, there are 4 users with standard marketing 12%, 10.5%, 9%, 7%, 5%:

5% have a subscription for $500,
7% do not have a subscription,
9% have a subscription for $300,
10.5% have a $100 subscription,
12% have a subscription for $1000,

If a user buys a subscription for $300 at 5%, then
5% will get 300*0.05 = $15
7% will get 300*0.00 = $0
9% got 300*0.09 = $27
10.5% will get 100*0.105 = $31.5
12% will get 300*0.12 = $36
