To activate the bot, on the Profile editing page, go to the 2FA & Notifications tab and click "Enable" next to this method.

Next, copy the Telegram ID and follow the instructions by going to the chat with the bot.

After launching and sending the connection code, in a chat with the bot you will be provided with a code to confirm the connection.

Copy the six-digit code, return back to your account and paste the code into the modal window.

For security purposes, it is also necessary to enter a confirmation code from the current protection method - E-mail 2FA. Click "Get Code", then check your email address to enter the verification code in the modal window.

After confirmation, the Telegram bot and Telegram 2FA will be successfully connected, and E-mail 2FA will be automatically deactivated.
