1. You need to go to the "Profile Edit" section - 2FA & NOTIFICATIONS
2. Click the "Disable bot" button
3. Press the "Get code" buttons, and the confirmation code will be sent to the connected bot and the email
4. Paste the received code in the appropriate window on the site
5. Click "Next"
6. Telegram bot successfully disabled

If there is no access to the bot, you need to contact our Support Team in the chat on the site, send a selfie with a document and a sheet with today's date in your hands, and indicate the login and the essence of the request in the message.
