How to leave a question to S-Wallet support?
1️⃣Go to “Support” in the web-version of S-Wallet.
2️⃣Click the “Add Ticket” button.
3️⃣Enter the title and description of your request. You can also attach a file if necessary.
4️⃣Click the “Submit” button.
⌨️ Next, the request is received by the S-Wallet support specialist and provides an answer, which is displayed as a message in an open ticket on the Support page. When the dialog is over, you need to click the “Close Ticket” button and the chat is over.
