2FA by e-mail cannot be disabled. It is set by default for all users for account security.

2FA via telegram bot
- if you have access to the bot, then go to the profile editing section
- 2FA & Notifications tab
- Disable next to the telegram method. Confirm the disconnection with a 6-digit code from the mail and bot.
- if there is no access to the bot, you need to contact the support chat, send a selfie with a document and a piece of paper with today's date in your hands, and indicate the login in the message, what needs to be done, and the reason.

2FA with Google Authenticator
- if you have access to Google Authenticator, go to the profile editing section
- 2FA & Notifications tab
- disable next to the Google Authenticator method. Confirm shutdown with a code.
- if there is no access to Google Authenticator or you have lost the spare code, you need to contact our Support team in the chat on the site and send a selfie with a document and a piece of paper with today's date in your hands, indicate the login in the message, what needs to be done and the reason.
