To re-register an account, you need to write an application by hand, take a selfie with an application, and an identity document.

Please note: write/duplicate personal data (name, reason, email, phone) in a chat with the agent also. Otherwise, your application will not be passed on!
 
An example of an application:

1. Written consent from the Account Owner
"I, full name, **** year of birth, a citizen of (Country) registered in the S-Group under the login with dd.mm.yy.
Reason for renewal (....)
I ask:
1. Transfer your account (full name of the owner) to another individual - full name of the new owner, **** year of birth
2. Save all information on existing investments, financial transactions, accruals, and referral bonuses."

2. Written consent from the new Owner

The application and selfie must be sent to the support chat on the site, indicating:
- account login
- Name,
- phone number,
- email of the new owner.
